People often describe me as complex or complicated, and I am probably not an easy man to live with, at home or at work. Part of that comes from my fiercely competitive nature. Part of it is my need to climb, to achieve, to do.

On the other hand, there is another side of me, a somewhat contemplative, quiet side, where I draw back from this doing and competing to reflect. That’s my balance. My brain is competitive. My heart isn’t. It is fed by love, caring, and cooperation.
